Troubleshooting Document Processing Issues

If your document does not process correctly or is missing accessibility features, follow these steps:

Troubleshooting Steps:  

1️⃣ Check the Processing Status

  • Go to My Documents and look at the status.

  • If it says “In Progress”, wait for processing to complete.

2️⃣ Review the Error Message

  • If processing failed, check the error message for more details.

3️⃣ Ensure File Compatibility

  • Make sure your file is in a supported format (PDF, DOCX, PPTX) and is under 100MB.

4️⃣ Resubmit the File

  • Try uploading the document again.

5️⃣ Contact Support If the Issue Persists
