Receiving Document Processing Alerts

You’ll receive real-time alerts when your document is ready for download.

How to Enable Processing Notifications:  1️⃣ Go to Settings:

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  • Select “Settings”.

2️⃣ Open Notification Preferences:

  • Navigate to “Notifications & Alerts”.

3️⃣ Enable Processing Alerts:

  • Toggle “Document Processing Completed” to ON.

  • You will now receive alerts when files are ready.
